FAQs

My password isn’t working.

Please ensure that you have copied only the text characters from the given password before pasting. We often find users accidentally select an extra space before or after the password characters which will cause the password to paste incorrectly.

My add-on looks wrong.

Do you have other code installed into your site? Please temporarily remove the existing code and check again to see if the add-on displays correctly.

My add-on isn’t working.

We have extensively tested the code snippets provided for effectiveness across Squarespace 7.1. Please ensure first that you are on the most updated version of Squarespace. Next, please check out your site in an incognito or logged-out window.

What if I have conflicting code?

If you find that some of the code you have previously added to your site is conflicting with one of our add-ons, we are happy to work with you to modify the code so it will work with what you have in place on an hourly, custom, basis.
